Reminders:

1. Order the Customs Regulations and The Harmonized Tariff from the GPO well in advance to avoid study delays.

2. The Customs Regulations and The Harmonized Tariff undergo periodic updates. Indefinite delays with publishers can occur which are beyond our control.

3. Learning Center access works optimally on computers with Windows operating systems using Windows Explorer 11 and greater. If you are denied access to Learning Center, make sure cookies and pop-ups are enabled in Windows Explorer ( Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level ). If you have more questions, check with your internet service provider and consult your system user manuals.

Terms and Conditions (CHB Exam Prep Class and eCourse - Instructor Renata Pearson):

1. Students must have sufficient technical and industry back-ground to attend this class. Confirm your level of knowledge by taking the L+A Placement Tests.

2. Class participation is based on a first come, first serve basis. Class size is limited. Classes historically fill to capacity.

3. Early registration is advisable. All required materials must be obtained prior to first class. Registration ends one week prior to first classs. Registration payment is administered by PayPal. Registration fee is payable directly to Renata Pearson's PayPal account. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

4. CHB Exam Prep Class purchase includes eCourse access and content for class session for one person, one exam prep period. eCourse on-line access is generated after paid registration and approximately available 4-5 weeks prior to first class.

5. Personal information you provide is private; however, contact information is shared with your instructor.

6. By participating in this instructor's CHB Exam Prep Class powered by the Leaphart Learning Center, your on-line test results are made available to your instructor.

7. As a student associate you will receive our educational announcements via email. You can be removed from our mail list at any time by emailing info@leaphart.com.

8. Should you allow others access to your Learning Center account, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take.

9. On-Line server may be slow or be unavailable due to high volume of users during peak periods. For technical assistance, contact info@leaphart.com

10. Prior to class registration deadline, a full refund less $50 administration fee is available if requested by email to renatapearsonkel@aol.com. Refunds are made through PayPal by Renata Pearson. If class registration was performed after registration deadline then a refund request must be made within 48 hours of class start ending at 5pm Pacific Time. Please be sure to include your name and sign-on ID.

11. No refund after registration deadline.

12. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have online access to eCourse.
